How the Travel Planning Process Works
Step #1
We Discuss Your Trip Idea.
We will schedule an introductory phone or zoom call to discuss your ideal vacation. Share any travel desires, preferred travel style, your must see destinations, favorite experiences of past trips, and anything else related to your trip. After I recieve the initial planning fee deposit, I'll start creating your custom proposal based on our conversation and your unique preferences.
Step #2
We Review Your Potential Trip Proposal.
After I put together a potential trip itinerary, we can schedule another phone/zoom call. On this call, we will dive into the exciting options together and I'll answer any questions you may have. If needed, I will make any possible edits to the trip in order to ensure the vacation is exactly what you're looking for.
Step #3
Approve, Pay, and Get Ready For Your Trip!
Once you're happy with everything in your trip itinerary, you can approve it and securely authorize payment for flights, hotels, etc. After that, you can get ready for an extraordinary travel experience. I'll handle the rest and provide you with updates along the way so you can relax.
Step #4
Welcome Home!
After getting home from what was hopefully an amazing trip, I will check back in with you to see how the trip went, and collect any feedback you may have on the places you stayed, things you saw, what went well, possible places for improvement, etc.
